Please fill out the request form below to schedule an event at the Woman’s Club. Submissions are subject to review and approval. Once submitted you will hear back from Christina Hardman O’Neal (for approval) and Kate Rafferty (for calendar scheduling).
HOUSE RULES:
- A member of the Woman’s Club of Red Bank must host or sponsor an event.
- Donation Fee: We kindly request a donation to help support the Woman’s Club in hosting your event. The amount is flexible, but we are happy to provide guidance on an appropriate contribution based on the size and nature of your event.
- ALL events: A $100 cleaning fee is required for all events.
- Event Insurance: For certain events, proof of insurance must be provided at least one week prior to the event. Access to the club will not be granted without it. You may:
- a) Request a one-time certificate from your home insurance provider.
- b) Obtain insurance from a one-time event insurer.

After you submit this request you will be contacted by the Woman’s Club to confirm the availability, the suggested donation fee, and the event liability insurance.
