Event REQUEST FORM

Please fill out the request form below to schedule an event at the Woman’s Club. All requests are subject to review and approval. You will hear back from info@womansclubofredbank.org or one of the committee members: Christina Hardman O’Neal for approval and Kate Rafferty for calendar event scheduling.

HOUSE RULES:

  • For events, we request a donation fee appropriate to the event.
  • Community Partners are associated with or sponsored by an active Woman’s Club member.
  • ALL events require a $100 cleaning fee.
  • Event Insurance – This must be submitted at least 1 week prior to event or access to the club will not be given. OPTIONS: a) contact your home insurance company for a single-use certificate b) use a company for a 1-time event such as www.NextInsurance.com or contact us for a referral.

    After you submit this request you will be contacted by the Woman’s Club to confirm the availability, the suggested donation fee, and the event liability insurance.

    If you want us to promote your event or show photos after the event, please provide us with photos/graphics and event details not mentioned in this form.
