Jamie Hanley is a Licensed Professional Counselor who practices through a holistic and intersectional feminist lens. Having experienced how much yoga helped her manage anxiety, Jamie integrates yoga therapy techniques such as mindfulness, breath work, meditation, and guided relaxation with cognitive interventions when supporting clients.
She encourages clients to honor their biological cycles and lean into cyclical living. Throughout her career, Jamie has taught hundreds of clients how to prioritize their mental health needs, learn coping skills, and live in alignment with their values.
In her free time, she finds joy in snuggling with her family and kitties, crafting, reading, and gardening. She believes in everyday magic and synchronicity, is known to wish on angel numbers, pull oracle cards for guidance, and throw salt over her shoulder for good luck.
