TheMindfulMomRevolution.com is hosting this one-day event at the Woman’s Club of Red Bank.

After too much time spent stressing out, planning for the future, and living a GO-GO-GO lifestyle, it’s time for Moms to learn to live in the present moment. The Mindful Mom Revolution is holding a Mindfulness for Moms speaker event on October 28 at the Woman’s Club of Red Bank to teach women precisely how to do so.

Women in all stages of Motherhood are invited to come learn tools of mindfulness and meditation to bring peace and calm into their Motherhood and their homes. This speaker event hosts Mindfulness Experts (all Moms) such as:

Rebekah Borucki (bexlife.com) Hay House author
Hunter Clarke-Fields (hunteryoga.com) Huffington Post contributor and Mindful Parenting expert
Anna Gannon Lead editor at Expectful.com
Local New Jersey Mindfulness and Stress-reduction specialists
Angie Harris (fellow Woman’s Club member)
and Judy Banks (BalanceYourLife.com).

Mindfulness for Moms

“It’s time to open up the conversation about dealing with the stresses of Motherhood in a way that truly benefits a Mom and her children. Mindfulness is a tool that any Mom can turn to when demands of life feel too overwhelming,” states Dena Farash of The Mindful Mom Revolution. “This event will bring together women in all stages of motherhood who are eager to create a calmer, more peaceful version of themselves. You don’t need to know anything about mindfulness or meditation to attend. You just need to know that there is a better way, and it begins with you.”

Topics to be discussed at the event include; finding your calm in the chaos that can be motherhood, forgiveness when you don’t parent the way you’d like to, teaching mindfulness to kids, and creating a mindfulness and meditation practice for yourself.

“This world needs more love, and Moms are the ones responsible for raising the next generation to bring it forth. It all begins at home, and that means, that peace and unconditional love all begin with a Mom.” says Farash.

As a part of recognizing and honoring Moms in all stages of life, a portion of proceeds will be donated to 180 Turning Lives Around, a New Jersey shelter and help center for women and children.
