A Night of New Orleans Heat at the Anthony Reckless Estate

HP & His HOT Takeout Band ignited the stage at the Anthony Reckless Estate, filling the night with the electrifying energy of New Orleans. The event marked the kickoff of this year’s Reckless Steamy Nights series with a packed house, fantastic music, and a true community celebration.

Last week, The Woman’s Club of Red Bank transformed into a vibrant NOLA-style hotspot as HP & His HOT Takeout Band delivered a high-energy performance. From classic tunes by The Meters to their own original compositions, the band had the audience grooving to the rhythm of the Crescent City.

This dynamic concert was just the beginning of the Reckless Steamy Nights series, hosted by the Jersey Shore Jazz & Blues Foundation (JSJBF). Held on the last Friday of most months, the series alternates between live jazz and blues performances—though HP & His HOT Takeout Band brought a unique Americana twist to the lineup.
