Promote Your Event at The Woman’s Club

Promote your public event at The Woman’s Club! Confirm details, submit graphics/descriptions by the deadlines, and use cross-promotion tips.

STEP 1: Confirm Your Event Details

Please ensure your event is listed on our calendar with the correct title, date, and time. You can use the Calendar View to quickly jump to the specific date, or the Upcoming Events List View to scroll through all scheduled or reserved events.

STEP 2: Submit Required Promotional Assets

After your submitted your request has been approved and confirmed please send a graphic, short description about the event (for promotional purposes), and links to your website, social media, and links to pay or make a reservation for your event. Email your files to info@womansclubofredbank.org.

Note Promotional Deadlines

  • Submit materials immediately to confirm your event on our calendar.
  • For e-newsletter promotion, submit materials at least 30 days prior.
  • For social media and blog posts, submit materials at least 7 days prior.

STEP 3: Maximize Your Exposure (Cross-Promotion)

  • Blog: Request a post—photos or extra details may be needed.
  • Social: Follow us on Facebook and Instagram and share event posts right away.
  • eNews: Events that are open to the public can be promoted on our monthly newsletter.
  • Your Channels: Use your own website, social media, and invites to spread the word.

STEP 4: Post-Event Follow-up

After your event, we love to celebrate your success and showcase our venue! Please send us 3–5 high-quality photos from the event (with permission to share) and a short note about your experience or fundraising outcome. We use this content for a follow-up feature on our blog and newsletter.

Please don’t just rely on the Woman’s Club to promote your event.
