A Night of Royal History & Heartfelt Connection: Galentine’s Recap
What a night! Our Galentine’s gathering this past Tuesday was the perfect blend of history, pampering, and community spirit. The clubhouse was buzzing with energy as we celebrated Heart Health Month in style.
Our host, Joyce Diamond, outdid herself with a stunning spread of sweets and savories—naturally featuring plenty of pink and red treats to keep with our theme. A huge thank you to Jennifer Noonan and Jennie Sherman, who did a spectacular job decorating the house. They truly set the mood for the evening!
From the Stage to the Clubhouse
The highlight of the evening was welcoming David J.V. Meenan, the creator of the play CURTSEY. David captivated us in the dining room with the “behind-the-scenes” history of the King and Queen of England’s historic visit to Red Bank and our very own clubhouse.
Adding to the creative flair, David was joined by Bill, the talented costume and wig designer for CURTSEY. It was a treat to have such artistic minds in our midst!
Relaxed Vibes & New Insights
While the history lessons unfolded in the dining room, the rest of the house was a sanctuary of self-care. In the two alcoves off the living room:
- Colleen kept everyone feeling zen with soothing chair massages.
- Mimi, who stepped in for Kat, provided wonderful Tarot card readings, offering members a glimpse into the cards.
Captured Moments
We have a bunch of photos below to show just how much fun the evening was! From the red outfits to the smiles shared over Joyce’s delicious spread, it was a night to remember.

Missed out? Don’t worry! There are always more opportunities to connect, learn, and give back. Check our calendar for next month’s event – March 10th (our gatherings are on the 2nd Tuesday of the month).
