Phyllis DiNardi is a dedicated advocate for foster children and families, having spent decades making a profound impact on the foster care community. As the founder of We Are Loved, established in 2019, Phyllis has transformed her passion and life experiences into an organization that provides essential resources and support to foster children and parents. 

A mother of six and a grandmother to eight, Phyllis understands the importance of love, family, and stability. Over the years, she has fostered 49 children, offering them a safe, nurturing home where they could grow, heal, and flourish. Her deep-rooted commitment to fostering and her compassion for children in need have shaped the heart of We Are Loved, which aims to bridge the gaps in support, empathy, and love within the foster care system.

Phyllis’ warmth and unwavering dedication to fostering children are central to her mission. She envisioned We Are Loved as a place where foster children and families could access the comprehensive care and resources they need to thrive. With initiatives such as Comfort Bags, Holiday Boxes, and the LUV Program, Phyllis continues to change lives, offering hope and support to those who need it most.

Her lifelong commitment to the foster care community has earned her recognition, including the prestigious Russ Berrie Making a Difference Award and the Junior League of Monmouth County Women Making a Difference Award.
