A Member Benefit: Reserve the Clubhouse
One of the benefits of becoming a member of the Woman’s Club of Red Bank is the opportunity to reserve the clubhouse for private or public events. Members may request use of the entire downstairs area, which can accommodate up to 80 people.
How the New Reservation System Works
We recently introduced a new online membership and reservation platform called Communal. The Venue Calendar & Booking web page shows all club and member events scheduled at the club and provides instructions for reserving space. To use the system, members must login and:
- View available dates on the clubhouse calendar.
- Select a preferred date and time.
- Submit a reservation request online.
- Receive follow-up from our approval team.
What Happens After You Submit a Request?
Our approval team will contact the member to discuss the proposed event and confirm that it complies with local zoning and clubhouse use requirements. Members are typically asked to:
- Provide a certificate of insurance.
- Review event logistics with the approval team.
- Make a requested donation associated with the reservation.
Community Partners & Non-Profit Partners
Organizations that host frequent events at the clubhouse may qualify as Community Partners or Non-Profit Partners and may be eligible for a suggested discounted rate.
